Moreover, sector professionals will attend practical seminars organised every day by the Evoo Academy: three open kitchens will be available in the Cooking Show area to prepare recipes using olive oils earning Special Mentions in the international Sol d'Oro competition with the quality foods of exhibitors at Sol&Agrifood.
Lastly, in the afternoon, this area will welcome the finals of the second Junior Assistant Master Trophy: the event involves the young FIC chefs competing in the finals of this competition in an exciting cooking show by preparing dishes based on extra virgin olive oil.

The Beer Tasting Area is a joint event organised by Assobirra, Confcommercio-Imprese per l'Italia and UDB-Union of Beer Tasters. This is the venue within Sol&Agrifood dedicated to in-depth study of all the features of the quality brewing world. The theme-based approach unfolds over all 4 days of Vinitaly to present breweries taking part in the event and some of their products: the event will reveal details about the most vocational areas in the world through traditional beer styles but will also embrace more contemporary and imaginative interpretations to highlight products where the particular ingredients and specific production processes used by brewers help create highly original, intriguing and stimulating sensory atmospheres.

Pizza & Pasta Italiana magazine, in collaboration with the staff of the Italian School of Pizza Chefs, will reveal to visitors attending Sol&Agrifood all the secrets for preparing pizza through a guided discovery of ingredients and combinations. The biodiversity of Italian agro-foods is highlighted here through guided tastings and brief seminars by producers themselves assisted by the staff of the 5T Academy.
