Sol d'Oro

The award ceremony was held on Sunday 22 November with a combined attended and digital event for the olive oils winning the Sol d'Oro Northern Hemisphere International Competition. The live stream from Veronafiere broadcast on YouTube involved President Maurizio Danese and links with Marino Giorgetti, the competition panel leader, and the award winners.


I formaggi italiani alla conquista dei mercati esteri

L'Italia è il Paese europeo che vanta il maggior numero di formaggi a denominazione e indicazione geografica tipica. Ogni territorio ha il suo formaggio, con la sua particolare lavorazione e stagionatura; se ognuno di noi ha le sue preferenze, l'ampia varietà italiana d prodotti caseari, soddisfa tutti i gusti, anche quelli dei palati esteri.

Ristoranti, Bar, Pub ed Enoteche potranno servire i clienti sia all'esterno che all'interno, unica precauzione il distanziamento, nel rispetto di quanto stabilito caso per caso. È bene ricordare che oltre alle norme Covid, sono da rispettare anche quelle sugli alimenti e tra questi l'olio extra vergine d'oliva, la cui disponibilità deve seguire indirizzi ben precisi.
